Would a Cary Real Estate Benchmark Report Be Useful to You?

We’re thinking of creating a concise quarterly report (just 3–5 pages) that shows the latest home sales trends in Cary — not just numbers, but insights. Before we build it, we want your input. If you live in Cary, own a home, or are just real-estate curious, your feedback helps us shape what to include (and if it’s even worth doing). It takes just 60 seconds.

Question: When did the Wake County School System end segregation?

(Answer at the bottom of the newsletter.)

The Key to a $1.3 Trillion Opportunity

A new real estate trend called co-ownership is revolutionizing a $1.3T market. Leading it? Pacaso. Created by the founder behind a $120M prior exit, they already have $110M+ in gross profits to date. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO. And you can invest until September 18.

Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.

The Answer to the Cary Spotlight Hook Trivia Question 👇👇👇
August 30, 1963 is when Wake County School System ended 90 years of segregation. This was nine years after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that separate schools for the races, even if equal, were unconstitutional. The initial reaction by whites to this decision was one of disbelief and defiance. But the Wake County Board of Education took the general position that the court’s decision was the law of the land.
