Cary Real Estate Market Trends

Takeaway:
We've officially crossed back above normal inventory levels in North Carolina — that's a big shift from where we were in 2021–2023. For buyers, that means more homes, more time, and more leverage than you've had in years. For sellers, it means presentation, pricing, and marketing matter more than they have in a long time. The market still rewards quality — but it no longer forgives overpricing.
