The Answer to the Cary Spotlight Hook Trivia Question 👇👇👇
A: Limburger
Limburger is a famous pungent, semi-soft, washed-rind cow's milk cheese known for its intense aroma and mild, savory taste. Originating in the historical Duchy of Limburg (modern-day Belgium), it is now primarily produced in Germany. Its characteristic orange-brown rind is created by washing the cheese in brine, which fosters the bacterium Brevibacterium linens, giving it a strong smell often compared to foot odor while maintaining a creamy, mild interior.
