Wake County School Bus Involved in Three-Car Crash
A Wake County school bus was caught in a three-vehicle collision at a busy Morrisville intersection Wednesday afternoon, though no injuries were reported among the students or driver.
The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. at the intersection of Davis Drive and Morrisville Parkway, as severe storms moved through the area. Authorities say the chain reaction began when a Hyundai Sonata attempted a left turn and collided with a Toyota Camry that had the right of way. The impact pushed the Camry into the school bus, which was stopped at a red light.
Emergency responders transported the Camryโs driver to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the Sonata was cited for failure to yield.
A small number of students were on board the bus at the time, but no injuries were reported. The Wake County Public School System is working to confirm which school the students attend. Read Full Report

Cary Spotlight Readersโ Feedback:
โI eat here about once a month, ordering a Spicy Burger and tea. I started when Corbett's first opened years ago. This burger place reminds me of older times. Name a soda and he has it in the coolers. Wish he offered a military discount like other eating places.โ
โFood is very good.โ
โLoad up your burger, grab some pop and ENJOY!โ
โBurger looks delicious!โ

The Answer to the Cary Spotlight Hook Trivia Question ๐๐๐
Amelia Earhart, a pioneering American aviator, disappeared on July 2, 1937, while attempting to become the first woman to fly around the world. Alongside her navigator, Fred Noonan, Earhart embarked on this ambitious journey in a Lockheed Model 10-E Electra aircraft. After departing from Lae, New Guinea, they aimed to reach Howland Island in the central Pacific Ocean but lost radio contact and were never seen again.
Despite extensive search efforts, no conclusive evidence of their fate has been found, making Earhart's disappearance one of aviation's most enduring mysteries. For more information, you can read this article.
