The Answer to the Cary Spotlight Hook Trivia Question 👇👇👇

Crocodiles are unable to stick their tongues out because their tongues are held in place by a membrane that restricts movement. This membrane anchors the tongue to the bottom of their mouth, preventing it from moving freely.

This adaptation is beneficial for their aquatic lifestyle, as it helps prevent water from entering their lungs when they open their mouths underwater. This feature distinguishes them from their close relatives, alligators, whose tongues have more mobility.
