RDU Prepares for Passenger Surge with Airline Moves and Budget Increase

Bacon Guacamole Deviled Eggs 😋

Deviled eggs made with savory guacamole and smoky bacon. You haven't tried the perfect deviled egg until you have tried these Keto Bacon Guacamole Deviled Eggs

📋 Ingredients List:

• Meat

  • 4 strips Bacon, thick cut crisp and crumbled cooked

• Produce

  • 1 Avocado, large pitted and cubed

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1 tbsp Onion, dried

• Refrigerated

  • 6 Eggs, large hard

• Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Lime juice, fresh

  • 2 tbsp Salsa

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Slice the eggs in half, pop the yolks out into a large mixing bowl and fork mash.

2️⃣ To the mixing bowl, add the bacon, avocado, salsa, garlic, lime juice, onion, salt, and cayenne pepper. Mash, and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

3️⃣ Put mixture into a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag. Squeeze the mixture to one corner of the bag and snip off the corner of the bag. Use this to pipe the mixture back into the egg halves.

4️⃣ Top each egg with remaining bacon.

Notes 💡: prep time is 10 minutes, Cook time is 12 minutes
