Who Has Cary’s Best Pizza? 🍕 Readers Share Their Favorites

Cary Spotlight’s recent reader poll drew 124 votes for the area’s best pizza. V’s Pizza on Kildare Farm Road earned the most votes among the listed options, with Salvio’s Pizzeria and Johnny’s Pizza tying for second place. Mid-range favorites included The Original NY Pizza, Primo Pizza on Cary Town Boulevard, Pizzeria Veritas, and Namoli Pizza in Apex.

A notable 21 percent of respondents selected “None of the Above,” citing local favorites such as DiFara Pizza, Brother’s Pizza, and Randy’s. This strong showing indicates that Cary’s pizza scene is larger and more varied than the initial list suggested.

Readers also emphasized the importance of community connection. Salvio’s, in particular, was praised for supporting local events alongside its menu of pizzas and other Italian dishes.

The poll results show that while a handful of pizzerias dominate in name recognition, Cary’s best slice often comes down to personal preference and neighborhood pride.

The Answer to the Cary Spotlight Hook Trivia Question 👇👇👇
New York was the last of the thirteen colonies to vote for independence during the American Revolution. Initially, the colony abstained from the July 2, 1776 vote because its delegates were waiting for instructions from the provincial government. A few days later, New York officially approved the decision, uniting all thirteen colonies behind the Declaration of Independence and solidifying the break from Britain.
