The Quiet Power of Small Steps
Many people set big goals: like getting healthier, growing their business, or building better habits. But sometimes, those goals can feel far away, and it’s easy to feel stuck.
The truth is, real progress doesn’t happen all at once. It happens when you focus on the small things you do every day. These little steps may not seem exciting, but doing them again and again is what really makes change happen.
Instead of thinking only about the big goal, try paying more attention to the actions you take each day. Whether you’re trying to eat better, learn something new, or be more organized, sticking to daily habits is the best way to see real results.
So ask yourself: What are you doing today to move closer to your goal?

Nighttime Workouts May Disrupt Sleep
A new large-scale study has found that high-intensity workouts within four hours of bedtime may disrupt sleep quality. Participants who exercised strenuously in the evening experienced later bedtimes, higher resting heart rates, and lower heart rate variability: signs of poor recovery and elevated stress.
The research, published in Nature Communications, tracked over 14,600 individuals wearing WHOOP wristbands across 4 million nights of sleep. Unlike earlier small-scale lab studies, this real-world data strongly suggests that intense evening exercise may keep the body too alert for restful sleep.
Still, not all evening movement is harmful. Light to moderate activity—like walking or stretching—can actually improve sleep. For those chasing both fitness and better rest, experts recommend saving high-intensity workouts for earlier in the day. Read Full Report

The Answer to the Cary Spotlight Hook Trivia Question 👇👇👇
Alan Shepard, the first American in space, also became the first—and only—astronaut to play golf on the Moon. During the Apollo 14 mission in 1971, Shepard famously swung a makeshift six-iron and hit two golf balls across the lunar surface. Despite wearing a bulky space suit, he managed to drive one ball “miles and miles,” as he jokingly claimed. The stunt was a lighthearted moment in an otherwise serious mission, showcasing human creativity even in outer space.
